Solid surface is on its way back. As a thought what looks cleaner A Solid Surface top with a tile cove Or a granite top where the tile drops down onto the Granite with a silicone bead . The next time your in your local showroom check it out.

... and think about possibly doing away with the tile (and grout) and having 1/4" thick full-height solid surface backsplash with a scoring pattern and inlays above the tile cove.

... and how about the variety of integral solid surface sinks - nice not to even have a rim for dirt to collect around.

Thanks Jon - nice points from you too. Both of our websites have photos of the tile look on them. Routed drainboards are also a nice option that is pictured on both of our websites.

Have a nice day,
Seth
