I am ordering both of the ISSFA seminars today, the show price is great. Has anyone attended these seminars and if so, What did you think? I think the DVD will be a great tool for years to come while our company is only 7 months old ,a great time for employees to apply what they learn  instead of trying to make changes a year from now.

Someone said the new Shop Process Optimization and Surface Sales Seminar we scheduled to come out soon. Bill when will that be? Is there a discount for BB Forum Regulars?
