Our company is coming out with a new product using solid surface materials in our fiber glass molds. My question is,  can we use quartz in our molds?  Does quartz come  in the form of raw materials that we may order from supplier, or  does quartz only comes in sheets?

Quartz surfaces are usually sold as sheets. I suppose you could purchase the raw materials but I do not even know where to tell you to start looking for them. I may be mistaken but I believe the curing process is temperature AND pressure. That might be difficult in a fiberglass mold.
