2007 ISSFA Code Of Ethics - Now Available To Members


HENDERSON, NV. - The International Solid Surface Fabricators Association would now like to introduce the 2007 ISSFA Code Of Ethics. Each member will now be able to login and access the downloadable PDF of The Code Of Ethics Certificate for your use. Please feel free to print this out and display proudly on your company's showroom, wall, and the fabrication shop.

All new ISSFA members will receive a hard copy of this certificate as part of their new member packet.  Current ISSFA members will receive a a hard copy as they renew.  To take advantage of this now, please login and in the members section, click "The Document Vault."

The new section, "The Document Vault" in the members area will also house several other items including a downloadable fabricator bill of rights and  solid surface specification manuals. Other resources will be added throughout the year.

Each Fabricator Member of the International Solid Surface Fabricators Association agrees to observe high standards of honesty, integrity, and responsibility in the conduct of their business.

By adhering strictly to the highest quality standards of fabrication and installation; By promoting only those products and services that are proven quality and value; By writing contracts and warranties that are clear, honest, and fair to all parties involved; By honoring all contractual obligations in a reasonably prompt manner; By quickly acting on and attempting to resolve all customer complaints, and in situations where complaints appear unreasonable and persistent, by encouraging the customer to initiate an approach third party dispute settlement mechanisms; By being fiscally responsible and honoring all legitimate financial obligations; By maintaining all required licenses and insurances;

Each ISSFA Fabricator certifies that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of their knowledge, and does agree to abide by the Code of Ethics of the International Solid Surface Fabricators Association for as long as they hold an active membership, therein.
